Check out our new tuxedo styles coming out this Spring!!!  We have three new tuxedos from the Allure Men collection by Jean Yves.  It will come in steel grey, tan, and black.  All three selections will have the option of a matching vest as well as matching long tie and bow tie options.

Picking Out Tuxedo Styles

Picking out the brides dress can be some what of a process. Some girls try on tons of dresses and other only try on a handful. Regardless it's a decision that you will have to live with for the rest of your lives when you look back at your wedding pictures.

Some guys think that the tuxedos are no big deal but the same decisions come with picking out your tuxedo style. Grooms you matter just as much as the brides! ;) So we are here to give you some suggestions about how to start thinking and looking at the styles to choose from.


1. Look at Styles Online - It will help you come in with some kind of idea of how you want to look for your day. Even if it's just looking at the color of tuxedos, or the different styles of lapels. Part of our job here at Gerard Tuxedo is to educate all our brides and grooms on the different styles when you come in so you can pick which styles you like. But if you have a specific style or look you want it will help us to help you!

 2. Color Swatch - If there is a color that you are looking to match make sure to have some kind of color swatch or piece of material or even a dress to match up with. Most of our colors match up with all the dress designers. But there are many, many shades of purple, blues, ect. The color of the brides dress will make a difference as well so make sure you know if the brides dress is white or ivory.


3. Leave Enough Time - You can always call ahead and make an appointment if you would like but it's not always necessary. When you find the day to come in and look at some styles and allow some time to look at the different styles we offer. There is lots to go over with you when you come in and look at everything, there are more options then you think there might be! We like to have styles picked out for the wedding 3 to 4 months before the wedding.
